GENERAL CONTACT: We are happy to hear from you by Email or phone, to help with problems
and answer enquiries about any of our products. Please contact us
if you would like information about products we are unable to show
here, such as knitting needles, accessories, or our large range of
books. We will try
to answer your questions within a couple of business days or sooner.
MAIL/ON-LINE ORDERS: We accept mail orders from anywhere in the world and our postage and
packing costs are based on Australia Post rates.

When ordering by Email or fax, please provide full details of the products (e.g. yarn name, shade numbers, fabric code) and a daytime telephone number. We will then contact you to confirm we have the goods you require and to arrange payment.
Payment for mail orders can be made by Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque, the goods will be sent once the cheque has cleared.
To ensure the security of your Credit Card details, we will take these over the phone. Please don't include them in the Email or fax.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% goods and
services tax. Purchases by customers outside Australia are tax free.
